Fernando comes with decades of sales and sales leadership experience focused on C-level executives. He transitioned to remote sales several years ago until his employer relocated to another country. We are lucky to have Fernando.

Ana is a former bank construction and land loan processor with several years of experience at Land Bank of the Philippines. She comes with a Bachelor's degree in accounting.

She is also a master SCUBA diver focused on coral reef education in her spare time,

Marjorie is our software engineer and power platform developer and is currently working feverishly to build AI into our decision making and customer support processes so that we may better serve our clients.

Alvin completed his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and is currently working towards a Phd in Business. Prior to joining BuildTerra, Alvin worked as a Senior Loan Analyst at Land Bank of the Philippines, and a construction loan processor. He also has extensive experience in Accounts Receivable and bookkeeping.
